Figures useful in bridal mehndi – A Workshop given by Mr Harin Dalal

Figures useful in bridal mehndi” - A Workshop given by Mr Harin Dalal

Introduction

In this blog post, we’ll be reviewing a workshop on how to get the perfect figures used in bridal mehndi design given by me – (Mr. Harin Dalal), I am an expert in the field of Mehendi design. I have been providing workshops for many years on various topics including henna designs and other traditional Indian Mehendi art forms.

Recently I held a workshop in President Hotel, Pune for 5  days i.e from 22nd Aug to 26th Aug. wherein I  explain some of the tips to choose perfect  Figures useful in bridal mehndi. About 39 Participants actively participated in the seminar.

That workshop was about how to get a perfect bridal mehndi design so that you can plan ahead of time and have a beautiful design on your wedding day. I have also mentioned what type of mehndi should be used and how it should be applied, as well as tips for choosing the perfect colour and pattern for your needs.

The main idea of bridal Mehendi

According to me, the main point about mehndi design for a bridal is that “it should be ornate, intricate, and beautiful. It should not be cluttered or busy, but instead, have a clean look to it. The groom’s hand would have an extra pattern on it that was not on the bride’s hand for example, or the bride’s mehndi may be a different colour than the groom’s since they are together”.

Figures useful in bridal Mehendi designs

I am having years of experience in bridal mehndi design, and I believe that it is not just about using henna for beauty, but about how you can use it to add meaning and stories to your event.

In the workshop, a common question among most people was choosing the perfect figures for bridal Mehendi design, so I shared my expertise on the best figures for bridal Mehendi at a recent workshop in Pune. I began by emphasizing that while all of these figures are important to learn, they should be applied in different proportions depending on how intricate and ornate you want your design to look.

I also emphasized that there is no such thing as a single best figure, but rather one size does not fit all. I also stressed that before applying any figure in a design it is important to paint the background colour so it matches the skin tone, or else you will notice every imperfection or uneven spot.

I encouraged my artists to be creative when designing bridal mehndi designs. In general, I recommended using lines sparingly to preserve the balance between feminine and masculine symbols which often exist together in Indian designs.

Stick to curves, I said. When drawing dots try not to put them next to each other. Lines are more popular in Persian Mehendi designs which include Arabic scripts and bolder shapes.

What is a good design according to me?

According to me, good designs should have a special message to be conveyed to the viewers, and there should be a connection between the design and the bride’s personality or interests. The design should also depict love, happiness, purity and simplicity while being aesthetically pleasing at the same time.

A design needs to be well-planned, harmonious and consistent. According to me, Designs are made to tell people something, it doesn’t matter what!

Opinion of mine for bridal Mehendi designs

I explained how to select the perfect Mehendi design for a bride. I said that some of the key factors to be considered are as follows:

Compatibility with clothes-the bridal Mehendi design should match the theme of the bridesmaids’ dress or complement it in some way.

Religious significance-Hindu brides may want so, me intricately detailed patterns which resemble their mangalsutra or gold necklace, whereas Muslim brides may want to use some of the patterns which represent Islamic motifs.

Style preference-Depending on what kind of person the bride is and what style she likes (traditional Indian mehndi versus modern Western styles), you can pick something appropriate.

Creative instinct-This is more important than any other factor mentioned above because ultimately it is the bride who will be choosing the design. She knows herself better than anyone else so know what she wants before asking someone else!

Quick tips are given to me

I gave some important tips on how to use the bridal mehndi figures I also demonstrated in class effectively and explained that the patterns should be layered one on top of another for a richer look, rather than using them all at once on a single finger or palm. I warned against overworking your design, as this can lead to it becoming flaky and smudging easily.

Instead, I said, You want to think about where you put the time into designing. The quick tutorial helped not only give you an idea of what’s out there but also brought these designs into the here and now – with your own hands!

Conclusion

The workshop was a huge success and I was so grateful for the opportunity to share this many things related to bridal Mehendi design with everyone. I would love to do more workshops like this in the future!

The workshop was a great experience and I love to share many new mehndi figures that you can now use on your next bridal Mehendi design. the workshop was informative and helpful; adding It provided an easy way to learn more about the bridal mehndi figures!

Important-elements-bride-needs-for-wedding

Being a bride can be stressful at times, but it can also be one of the most exciting times in your life! You get to spend months planning the wedding of your dreams with all the people you love, and there are so many ways to make it truly memorable.

To ensure your special day goes off without a hitch, keep these important elements in mind when planning your wedding. The more time you put into planning ahead of time, the less likely you’ll run into major problems on the big day.

1. Attire

Depending on the location of your ceremony and reception, you may need to consider different dress considerations. For example, if your wedding will be outside you’ll need appropriate clothes depending on the season, in addition to considerations such as what will match your colours and venue.

In this case, it’s important to consider all aspects of attire that could make up your whole look for the big day. Keep in mind – light colours are best so you don’t overheat or get sunburned. Your attire sets the tone for your wedding and is arguably the most important element to consider. The style of your dress, whether formal or fun, will contribute greatly to the atmosphere of your event.

2. Mehendi designs

A bride needs many elements to be happy on her wedding day. She will feel beautiful with a stunning hairstyle, and she can always count on the beauty of her flowers. What about Mehendi?

Mehendi is traditional body art done before some Indian weddings that can make any woman feel more special on her wedding day. For many brides, Mehendi design also happens to be one of the most exciting parts of their wedding. They get to choose the colour and design they want to be applied on their hands, feet or both. They often create unique patterns by combining both dots and lines in various shapes like leaves or flowers.

3. Hair and makeup

One of the most important parts of getting ready is hair and makeup. The wedding day is usually long and the hairstyle should be able to last all day or until you decide to take it down yourself. Makeup is also important, even if you have a wedding during the winter months when you can go without wearing much of it. You want your skin to look fresh so if there are pores on your nose or freckles on your cheeks that could show up in photos, then touch them up.

If you’re not sure what to do with your eye makeup, find a friend who has experience with it or find out from someone at the salon what they recommend.

4. Bridal Jewellery

Having beautiful bridal jewellery is essential to completing your look on your big day. There are a lot of choices out there, but make sure that it complements the style and colours of your dress, as well as your other accessories. The right pieces can bring a whole new element to your wedding outfit.

Make sure the jewellery piece fits with your style and you love how it looks with all the rest of your clothes. When in doubt, go with white gold or platinum – these metals are traditionally associated with weddings. They’re also durable enough to withstand repeated wearings without losing their sparkle!

5. Venue

A venue is one of the most important decisions in planning a wedding. Though the decision to go out and look at venues might seem like an easy task, it should be looked at as the first task of your engagement. When choosing a venue, think about what you are looking for.

You want to pick one that suits your personality and will be able to accommodate all of your guests comfortably. If you are trying to stay within budget, look for venues that offer off-site catering and tables/chairs as an option.

6. Rings

A good engagement ring is just the beginning, you will also need a wedding band to complete your set. These two rings are often worn together as they not only symbolize the love and commitment between you and your fiancé but they are meant to be worn on your left hand – which is considered more important in Eastern cultures.

If you want to go with another type of ring like the bride’s ring, do it while discussing this with your partner. You can even add his initial on top if he so desires. Whatever ring design you decide upon, make sure that it suits your personality and style so that you can wear it proudly throughout the rest of your life!

7. Reception

Every wedding needs the perfect place to party after all the big moments. A reception is typically held within hours of the ceremony before guests head home. Since every couple has different tastes and requirements, it’s up to you to decide what style of reception will work best for your big day.

Whether you’re looking for something intimate or plan on inviting many guests, be sure to find a venue that meets your needs and those of your soon-to-be spouse. For many couples, their reception is one of the most important parts of their entire day because this is where they celebrate with family and friends. You can’t forget about these details when planning your special day!

8. Photography

One of the most important aspects of any wedding is photography. Having memories captured by an experienced photographer is what every bride wants for her special day. Remember to be patient and not choose your photographer based on price alone; make sure that you’re paying an appropriate rate for their quality of work.

If you are worried about not finding a qualified professional in your area, ask friends or family members if they have anyone who would do great work. Don’t forget to take time before hiring them to see samples of their work! You’ll want someone who has experience with weddings and knows how to handle all the key moments.

9. Food

For many people, the wedding day is the only time in their lives that they will be able to experience their favourite dishes from childhood. Having food that not only tastes great but also looks good can make your reception feel much more authentic and evoke a sense of nostalgia in both you and your guests.

A simple Google search or Pinterest search will give you plenty of ideas for creative dishes and decoration ideas. Furthermore, even if cooking isn’t your thing don’t worry because there are caterers out there who specialize in making everything for weddings!

10. Professional event management

Event management is one of the most important aspects of any wedding. No matter how awesome you have planned your wedding to be, if you don’t have proper event management then it will lead to disastrous results.

A professional event management company can help the bride-to-be achieve the wedding she wants. Some of the services they provide include hiring caterers, seating guests, and making arrangements with vendors.  From finding a venue to coordinating with vendors to help create an unforgettable experience, everyone deserves only the best on their special day.

11. Toe-tapping entertainment

To have toe-tapping entertainment at your wedding, it’s best to find professional musicians or bands that specialize in various styles. This can include contemporary country, bluegrass, classic rock and roll, traditional Irish ballads and many more. There are tons of talented artists to choose from who will be more than happy to come up with their versions of songs from the 20s to today.

12. Wedding Decoration

Beautiful wedding decoration is important because it sets the tone of the entire event. There are many different ways to decorate your wedding depending on your tastes and preferences.

A perfect wedding theme starts with the table setting. Flowers and decor create the atmosphere that sets the tone of your celebration, so this should be one of your first considerations when planning. Your theme will reflect not only in how you dress and how you set up the tables but also in which foods you offer at your reception.

13. Dress designer

Hiring a professional wedding dress designer is often worth the investment because they can help to ensure that your vision becomes reality. This includes creating sketches and first draft designs, showing you fabric options, working with your budget and more.

The costs are typically tiered based on your budget, so even if you’re on a strict budget, it may be possible to work within it if you find someone willing to tailor their work to suit your needs.

14. Music

Most of the time, people will say that music is one of the most important parts of any event. The music sets the tone and mood in any ceremony, which is why it is so important to find songs that match your taste.  A wedding planner or DJ should be able to offer their expertise when it comes to picking out the right song list for you.

There are tons of little details that can go into planning a wedding. However, we found that these few were the main elements that need to be done right to make sure your wedding day is perfect. Have all these in place, and you’ll be able to enjoy your special day without worrying about anything else.

One of the key differences between bridal and party Mehendi is the level of design intricacy. Bridal Mehendi is typically much more detailed and complex than party Mehendi. This is because brides want their Mehendi to be special and unique, and to stand out on their wedding day.

There will also be small blossoms along the vines as well as spirals in gold or white. The bridal Mehendi is completely covered with these intricate patterns and designs.

The party Mehendi design usually has fewer details than the typical bridal design but still features some pretty flowers on both hands with traditional patterns around them on the wrist area.

The biggest difference between these two types of Mehendi is just how elaborate they are. If your wedding ceremony is being held outside at night, consider a bridal mehndi design so that your henna can be seen under dim lighting. On the other hand, if you’re having a daytime ceremony indoors or outdoors with plenty of natural light, then a party Mehendi design would be perfect.

Bridal Mehendi is applied in a thicker layer and is typically left on for longer, while party Mehendi is applied in a thinner layer and removed sooner. The reason for this difference is that bridal Mehendi is meant to last longer and be more durable, as it will be subjected to more activity than party Mehendi.

Additionally, bridal Mehendi usually has more intricate designs than party Mehendi. One can tell the difference between these two by looking at the intricacy of the design or how much time they’re expected to wear their Mehendi before removal.

7. Different Materials Used

The main difference between the two lies in the materials used. For example, bridal Mehendi will use henna paste with a very high concentration of the dye whereas party Mehendi uses henna paste with a lower concentration of dye and also uses other powders like sugar or sandalwood.

In addition to using different materials, the dyes themselves differ based on what kind of event they’re being used for as well.

8. Different Expenses

Bridal Mehendi is typically more expensive than party mehndi because it is more intricate and takes longer to apply. Additionally, bridal Mehendi is often done by a professional Mehendi artist, while party Mehendi can be done by anyone.

Bridal Mehendi is more complicated because it requires skillful precision, so this type may be best for those who want to make their wedding day special. But if you’re looking for something simpler or less expensive, then party Mehendi may be the better option.

As long as your hand can handle the design that will be applied, then your wedding day should go off without a hitch!

Whether you decide on bridal or party Mehendi depends on what feels most comfortable to you and what style best suits your event!

Indian weddings are incomplete without Mehendi, but not all Mehendi is created equal.
